If you have lived here for a while, you know this is one of the biggest events of the year. Time to dust off those items you’ve been saving in the garage and shed and make some deals. We plan on continuing the new tradition of having food trucks as well as fun for the kids. Details will be updated as we get closer and lock in the trucks and bounce house.

We will be having our annual Budget Ratification Meeting, as well as a meeting to discuss what’s happening within the community, and to vote in new Board Members.

There will be a catered lunch, BBQ from a local eatery.
